Hi my car is coming up for 2 years old, do I get a 3 year warranty?.
In my maintenance programme book it states, fault- free operation warranty 2 years, as I have only just got the car I was hoping for more than just 3 months warranty after spend ing £14.000 thankyou

The third year is underwriten by the dealerships, but yes you have a third year warranty. Whether dealerships are as good at honoring their warranty as they are when the manufacturer is paying is a question which is up for debate.
Still, the three months manufacturer-backed warranty should give you piece of mind if any issues crop up. Furthermore you are still covered by SOGA for the first six months (with onus on the dealer for proving the car was free of defects at point of sale).

Many thanks to 2zeroalpha for his responce, just been down to my local dealer as I have a problum and asked about the warranty.
2 years seat warranty, and a nother 1 years seat uk warranty and you can have the work carried out at any Seat dealer (just as well as the car orig came from shoreham on sea and I live in norwich.
