Help with fault codes I have found

Hi,

I thought that this wouldn't be the right section at first, but it's not help with the vag-com I need, it's help with stopping the codes reappearing... so:

Was wandering if anyone could help me with these fault codes that I keep getting:

Code:
Address 01: Engine
   Controller: 6K0 906 033 B
   Component: 1,6l/2V SIMOS3 00HSS165
   Coding: 00001
   Shop #: WSC 06402
5 Faults Found:
16486 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70): Signal too Low
            P0102 - 35-00 - -
17523 - O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank1-Sensor1 Short to Ground
            P1115 - 35-00 -
17923 - Intake Manifold Changeover Valve circuit Short to Ground
            P1515 - 35-00 -
17843 - Secondary Air Pump Relay (J299): Short to Ground
            P1435 - 35-00 - -
17829 - Sec.Air Inj.Valve Circ Short to Ground
            P1421 - 35-00 -
Readiness: 1110 1101

I am going to remove the SAI and put in a resistor so hopefully that will remove the last 2 faults, but was wandering if anyone could point me in the right direction to stop the others coming up?
The car runs fine just the engine light is always on.

Thanks,

Right, why not try the usual route - the Ross Tech Wiki ? I'd have thought that you would find out what normally causes these problems, as would posting in any VAG COM forum. I'd expect that O2 Sensor1 problem would be a u/s Lambda probe - the one nearest the engine if you have two - maybe just unplug it and after clearing the codes see if the logged codes changes - if they do then its the Lambda probe that is at fault. Similarly I'd guess that low output signal from the MAF means that it either needs cleaned or replaced - but Ross Tech Wiki would give good answers.
