Help with exterior door trim piece

Hello everyone,

I've had my MK1 FR 1.8T for about a year now and im still loving it, however both of the door protector trim pieces have fallen off. (Highlighted in photo) I dont know what they're called specifically to buy new ones, nor do I know how they attach to the car, any help is much appreciated.

I think they're glued on?

There are little clips that fit into the door but mostly it's some 3M tape

Good luck with that. Try eBay, there are many listings of cars that are being dismantled for parts
