help required... down on power... boost issue

hi guys

i had my car dyno'd at extreme motorsport in whitburn on saturday

made 232bhp with 257lbsft of torque

car has the following engine mods:

Revo stage 1 with Hi Boost 9 Timing 8 settings on sps3
Custom fitted Forge FMIC
3" downpipe and decat
2.75" Resonated Milltek
Big Jetex open cone
Forge 007p with yellow spring

heres the curves

was told as soon as he seen the boost levels that there is no way my car can produce anywhere near the 260bhp it should be capable of around. boost should spike and drop slightly before leveling off..... mine just drops :(

also for some bizzare reason on the 2nd run the car went crazy rich at 4100rpm before climbing back up

what could be causing these issues?? is it just another damn boost leak???? or something more serious????

any help greatly appreciated

cheers

not boost leak - thats a N75 valve joby mate... get ya self a N75 J from the audi S2 or H from an audi RS4 - i run the H now as my LCR didnt get on with the J
you will see a little more of a spike in the boost and hold a little more for longer, i spike 22psi at least and hold about 18 for a bit the slowly drops off but by that time iv changed gear adn im off again
was that 232bhp at the fly wheel or the wheels??

it was 232bhp at the flywheel..... struggled to make 200 @ the wheels

sounds more and more like the n75 valve now...... surely if it was a leak then i wouldn't hit a peak of 21psi.... it would be well down

it might still be a leak but to me sounds and looks more like N75
the spike could still hit the 20+ psi with a leak but wouldnt hold at all, yours seems to tail off at a steady rate to be honest thats what made me say N75
i know N75's any ways, they bust, they dont normaly show a fault code, ther genral buggers lol

i think its defo the n75 now

when i put the foot down from 2.5k and let the car hit full boost it spikes and holds at 20+psi from 3k until about 4k then drops off as the revs build up on my boost gauge.

when i swapped an n75 from my mates LCR for my one the car ran slightly better
