Help plz.......

I have a Ibiza 1.2 prefacelift. I've got 17" O-Z 5star alloys on and i'm wanitng to lower the car.
I've no idea about suspension.
What would you lot recommend and costing etc..

Also u can budget your lowering by buying only springs, this can be up to £100 for the springs then what ever the garage cost's. Look for names like spax, Koni.

Next option would be a lowering kit with springs and uprated shocks, could range fromm £200-£400. Same as above look for names like spax, Koni.

Last one would be coilovers, Mega bucks but for a 1.2 not worth wasting up to £500+

I'm looking to spend about £250. Ill be keeping the car for a good few years i reckon as i've got another 2 years at uni left and i can't see me raising enuf funds to upgrade the car.

Another thing is any off the seat suspenison stuff worth getting and is it reasonably priced, as my uncle owns Ted JOhnson and will give me discount and free fitting. He also has a contract with POTN.com and gets discount from that.

u just answered your own question, speak to your uncle for a kit from potn and he fits it.

What do you reckon for my price range though as i know nothing about suspension kits at all. Is there a risk of damage to the car?

go onto there website you should find price's.

Wont cause damage if u dont go to low. drive sensibly and u shouldnt have much problems.
