Would really appreciate some advice please.
Got a 2015 Leon Cupra 265 and had it for 6 years and shes been good as gold.
Recently I got an amber engine warning symbol and so plugged in an OBD2 Reader and got the code "P2014 - Intake manifold runner position sensor / switch circuit band 1A"
No symptoms of a problem and car drives normally apart from slightly worse fuel economy so I reset it and it was fine for a day then came back.
Have tried google but I get conflicting information as to how to try fixing it.Phoned my mechanic and he said "New inlet manifold" which is in excess of 700 quid.
Now I did read that it COULD be a sensor or solenoid failure or even a corroded connection however I do not know what to check or replace for a start.Can someone point me to a picture of where the problem could be,what it could be and what I need to buy to try to fix.
