Hey there, im new here! So thought Id say hello with some problems! haha

Ive got some fixes to do to my Toledo. Only minor ones but for the life of me, i cant figure out for to do some of them!

Firstly. Arm Rest? How the hell do you remove it? Whats holding the armrest to the bracket?

Basically ive just fixed all 4 doors from the famous water leak, and now i need to get the carpet out to dry out everything out as its Soaked! I have looked around using Search, but nothing.

Thanks in advance!

The arm rest and the bracket come out together - If you take the rear ashtray out you'll see a silver "bolt", remove this (alen key I think) then this allows you to slide another "leaver" across to release the arm rest then the whole thing will lift out.

Sorry I've not described it very well but it's fairly obvious when you see it!

Yea, thats what I thought. I removed the allen bolt, and the lever moves, but don't do anything just goes from side to side. Its really starting to piss me off, I think its broken! :(

Ok i have found the problem. The bracket that the lever pushes to release is missing. Dont know how or why! Going to have to try and get it elsewhere
