help im going nuts with my KEY

can anyone help my key is playing up one day it will unlock no bother from the c/l button then it wont work the next ive tried new batteries in the key.i hate the thought of paying £150 for a key back brake light flickers to when im sitting idle with her ticking over. this only happens at night when i have lights on it also tends to drop power rapidlly then comes back.plz help im at mee wits end.its a 51 plate leon cupra.

Brake light sounds like a dodgy earth on the cluster, rappid boost drop sounds like your maf sensor as for your key I don't know matey

My key was like this... then just stopped working completly. I got it on VAGCOM just says receiver error...

Apparently you have to take it to SEAT for a recode...
