Hi,

Just went to do an oil change on my sons car and noticed one of the sensors is a bit wet.

Does anyone know what the sensor is? Does it commonly leak? And to replace is it just a case of the old one off? No need to drain anything?

Car is a 2015 Seat Ibiza 1.4

I'm surprised that SEAT were still using that 1.4 16V petrol engine this late in the day, but, after looking at the Haynes manual I have for Oct 2009 > Jul 2014 VW Polo, I can see that your picture does indeed show the oil pressure switch, tightening torque is quoted as being 25Nm.

Think it was the last year for that motor. Its been pretty reliable to be fair and is good around town.

And many thanks, will get it ordered, they aren't expensive which is good and an easy fit which is a bonus!
