HELP Engine cooling fan not working

Last week i went through a large bit of water which cut out the engine.
I got it going again but a couple of days later i left it running while it was stood and the temp light came. I then noticed that the cooling fan wasn't working.

Does anyone know what the problem could be. I have checked the fuse and that is ok.

Any info would be a great help.

Most likely temperature sensor or thermastat if it isn't the fuse on top of the battery. Could also be the dreaded waterpump failing also. Have you go access to vagcom?

no mate i havent got access to vagcom.
Thanks for tips, i will get it checked out as soon as possible.
