Hi ive got a.2008 seat leon fr tfsi ive done 115000 miles and only past 2 months ive been having some problems with misfiring,, it started misfiring just has i started the car on cold starts engine would warm up and run fine no codes would come on, has time gone on the actually dreaded engine light started flashing amd would go off if i would easy off and not pushed fo the car,,, until last month when it actually went into limp mode and took to garage and they said it was the coil on cylinder 3 that gone replaced all coils and spark plugs the car was fine power came back on loads of boost and then again started doing the same thing change coils and spark plugs and the car was fine until last week when it gone again engine sound really rough took to a vw specialist where they connected the car onto a vagcom computer and told me that the car was off timing done compression test on the cylinder in question and it was low what could be the cause of this chain tensioner or timimbelt or spark plug gap eletrical ht leads that gone im out of ideas and out of money to be chasing this problem can someone help please !!!!!
