Very nice MK3 What color is the non rust part.

Off or metallic rust I believe.

Bellow the rust and the clear spots lives a lc7v Anthracite Blue metallic that is quite faded

agreed looks good int he pic, make sure you dont go to the car detailing section or those guys will make you spend all your spare euro's on creams and potions to bring the paint back to life.

Unfortunately the problem is that the clear just cracks and becomes almost plastic. A full respray is in order. I should add that the only part of the car that is Cupra is the rear axle that I swapped because it started life with drum brakes and those just weren't cutting it.
