Hellfrauds orbital polisher

i was in my local hellfrauds picking up a few bits and noticed they had a random orbital polisher for sale. at £37.99 it seems a heck of a lot cheaper than other makes.

but my question is.... does anyone have one and are they any good ?!?
i would buy one myself but i dpont exactly have a huge amount to throw about on stuff that may not be very good.

i would love to properly polish my car, (well i need to learn how to aswell) because of all the small spider marks in the paints top layer is starting to bug me a little.
