height of standard fr please

can someone please give me height sizes from a non lowerd fr please(mines a 56 plate if that matters).i want to see how much mines has dropped by but cant remember what the height was before lowering.
not sure if theres a correct way to measure i was thinking either from the ground to the sill or the centre of the arch to the top of the wheel.

it would be easier to give a measurement top of front arch to floor, and top of rear arch to floor...
