Heavy braking = Problem

After some spirited driving and hard braking last night I noticed the ABS and TCS lights were on when I got home. Took it back out and there didn't seem to be any noticable problems with the brakes? Set off for work this morning and they weren't on, 10mins later the ABS light came on and is still on.

Any ideas what the prob could be?

Could be some brake dust or dirt has got onto a brake sensor

behind the pads mate, be worth running vag com and seeing what the fault is, pm me wayne as im not far from you i dont think

If your ABS light is coming on intermittantly then it's probably the sensor - I've just had one replaced yesterday (£40 + VAT + labour). When the light is on the ABS is switched off so beware, it nearly caught me out on a roundabout.
