Sounds like the recirc motor is either faulty or out of basic settings and its blocking the air into the car.

Hi thanks for your help , recirculate works fine , but fan worked the next morning for a while then stopped again, working for while today but i was only in the car for a few minutes , confused , maybe a faulty sensor or blockage in the pipework which clears itself for a while , will have take apart glove box and fan area if it reoccurs , not looking forward to that!!!!

Mine has blown three speed control resistor packs already. Need to get it replaced under parts warranty. There is a flap that controls recirc, cold and hot air. Could this be faulty and allowing motor to blow but not get to cabin?

Yeah, thats oil, i had oil catch can fitted ,took off to re arrange pipes etc and never got it back on. doesnt cure it fully, but removes a lot of oil vapours from rocker cover to turbo intake.

You eill take a panel below glove box out to get filter, speed control resistor etc, for flaps i dont know where they are located.

I fitted the catch can to the outlet pipe on top of the rocker cover, recirc the gas back into the TIP inlet that original pipe joined to. located can below battery box for time being, need modifications to move it to a more accessable area.

Fixed my heater fan, light guage wire across the poles of the resistor pack where original thermal cut out sat.

My Heater Fan has lately develpoped a small squeak when on a low setting.
Apparently this is a common problem over time and down to the fan bearing.
Couple of posts about removing fan and applying some 3 in 1 oil to it.
Looks like it will just get worse over time, anyone replaced one yet?
Understand the New Heater fan from the dealers are about £230 (Its the model fitted with climate), Just wondering how easty it is to fit a new heater fan. Any quick instruction appreciated.
