Headlights not working

My main headlights are not working. I have checked the bulbs and the fuses and they seem to be fine. I have been told it may be the relay.
I have taken a picture of fuse box, would the 456 square black one be the relay, as I am unable to find any others.

The 3 white boxes also look like relays, not sure whether they are anything to do with the lights though,
I have a similar issue, but only the N/S dipped beam is out, bulb and fuse ok

Did you ever sort this out as have the same problem and cannot find a fuse box layout the same as mine 64plate Ibiza 1.2 FR
