hey folks
my cupra has gone through about 4 dipped lightbulbs in the past 2 months!! Its really annoying especially when its the passenger side as it can get very fiddely. And everytime i replace the bulb the alignment is way out.
So i replaced a bulb today and noticed the drivers side was way too high after this and it was dazzling. took my car down to a car park to align the lights by shining them onto a wall in front of me and manually adjusting them under the bonnet. i have done this on my previous two cars with no problems but i have wound it down to its lowest setting and the adjustment screw has "come off" the back of the light (Still attached but come away from the light)
has anyone else had problems with bulbs blowing all the time and will i need to get a new headlight unit now as the manual adjustment mechanism is no longer working correctly.
thanks in advance
