Headlight bulbs (Again)

Sorry if this subject has been covered before but with a quick look I couldn't see anything, I've recently got a 06 FR and wanted to upgrade the front headlight bulbs with Osram nightbreakers. The dipped headlights which are H7 have gone in quite easy but the main ones which are H1 are a different matter,I can't see the bulb when I pull the rubber cover off ,Do I replace these bulbs with feel alone, Any advise would be very helpful ,

Yes I seem to remember they were a bit tricky - torch and a bendy neck to see what you are doing!
