Cold air inducion kit and a forge 007 recirv valve will give you a a noise, remap it and up the boost and that noise will get a lot more and very audiable outside the car. Should keep you smiling, although Dump valves are frowned upon on here, although back when Dump valves were new out i loved screaming around dumping all over the place in my Punto GT. But now you see people just taking the piss out of people psssshtting all over the place.

I have induction kit and standard bosch DV and you can hear an audiable noise outside the car though not as loud as a non recirc !!

Steer clear of the K&N filters as the oil they use can damage the MAF. Green panel filter or dynatwist are good.

they are over oiled at the factory, give them a good wash and "lightly" oil them and they are no better or worse than a green.over oil a green and they can fook the MAF just as easily as any other filter on the market

Ive got the old standard airbox back in now as it had a K&N filter in it, going to put a green panel filter in it instead but I cant hear the dump valve at all anymore, have found it to be a bit jerky also like it slows suddenly when you ease off the accelerator unless you ride the clutch?

Yeah I bought a new bosche one to rule out the DV as a boost leak as I couldn't afford a Forge one and the bosch brand new was only £13 !!

you will get problems in a short time again because they are not good for high pressure and in time you will buy a forge one ;)

not entierly true.some have run remapped cars with no problems at all.cupramax on this forum springs to mind, but most people change them
