my head lights were steamed up, u can take the headlights out and take the back cover off and dry it out with a hair dryer. i also tried driling holes in the back cover to allow them to dry out, didnt help much. in the end i just tried getting them changed by the dealer, where i got the car from and they replaced them free of charge under the waranty.

You could try putting some silica gel packs inside the back of the headlights to help soak up the condensation.

I think Seat sell a roof rack for the Ibiza, but I can imagine it'd be quite pricey. Have you tried Halfords or ebay?

iv heard of a few people on the forum that have taken the car back 2 seat and if they are really bad the dealer will take pictures of them and send them to head office, if they then say they are imparing ur vision of the road they authorize replacement head lamps under waranty. give it a go, no harm in tryin.
