I had ordered one of the last new pre-facelifted ibiza's 3dr 1.2 SX in Black, now after much to-do and discussion about pre-facelift v facelift i went for pre facelift because of the price he offered and not a lot of solid information on the facelifted version, i was told there was only 1 pre facelifted black sx 3 dr left in the country, and that no more were being made so this was the only one i could get. Got a really good deal at £7800 free metallic & interior chrome kit. Then it turns sour - was suppose to be ready sometime next week, get a phone call today "really sorry somebody else ordered it at the same time and its gone to them so you can't have it", he was really apologetic and offered me two deals. He offered me a silver one - don't want silver, it must be black (personal preferance, no one will sway me) and in all honesty when you're paying out that much you should get what you want. Second option was he'd give me a rock bottom prices on the facelifted version, when i asked what rock bottom was he said he didn't know. Going down there tomorrow to speak to him. Now i've looked on this site and the new stylance spec is coming up at £8995, what kind of deal would you lot consider to be the "rock bottom" of that, plus theres the issue of the loss of alloys from SX to Stylance which i think is nuts. Any advice on how to get every last drop out of him? I am gutted but i do like the facelifted version a lot over the older one, so maybe if i can get a really good deal perhaps its a blessing in disguise.
