GT2X intalled. Log attached

Hello all,

I just finished installing the forge tip to my turbo and went for a drive to get a decent log of my boost (I only peaked at 12 psi with the turbo inlet included on the ATP kit so i went ahead and ordered the forge tip to try and solve the problem).

Now the car peaks at 15 psi .

Here's the log I did this morning: LOG

My current setup is:
ATP gt2x turbo
Revo stage 2 (boost 6 timing 0 <- this due to our poor fuel quality)
Forge 007 DV
ATP 3" DP
stock injectors
stock exhaust manifold

BTW my car is a LEON cupra 180.

I've been thinking that I could try to adjust the wastegate actuator or maybe installing a MBC to increase the boost but I'm not sure if the car would run lean...

What do you guys think?

jesus, thats some high timing pulls, im having problems at the moment, but thats crazy!

Have you got a 4bar FPR on the car? Could do with a FMIC too!

Yes, I've got the 4bar FPR.

Will the FMIC decrease the CF? because the intake temps are not that high (at least I think they aren't)

to be hoenst, I think it'll be running lean on std injectors - you really need to sort some mapping / injectors / maf out

The mapping would be great, but REVO won't offer anything for the GT2X... and around here I don't have a way to do a custom map.
What's the flow rate of the stock LC injectors @ 4bar?

If you can't get suitable mapping locally & you 'must' have the GT2x, I'd go with 3" S3/LCR Maf & 380cc injectors (with 4 bar)

at least you stand a chance of being 'closer to safe' than you are now.

Dude, you need to get/beg/borrow/steal an SPS3 to turn down the timing. As for fueling you could do with a set of LCR/S3/TT injectors and MAF housing.

*Edit* M0rk beat me to it.

The timing is already at "0". Our best fuel is rated at 89 octane.

I have same car, same setup, but using 380cc and 4 bar inyectors.... and a MBC.. you can make your own MBC... also if you don´t have a way to get custom tuning I sugest using a K04 software and Lemmiwink it... if you prefer some help in spanish give me a PM or E-Mail

greetings.

a) Is it still the case that Revo won't do a Stage 3 for a GT2X?

b) Jog my memory someone - am I right in saying that Revo Stage 3 is an outright cost rather than an upgrade cost? (ie I've got Revo Stage 2, - I'd have to pay the full Stage 3 price rather than the difference between St2 and St3)
