grinding/rubbing noise .

coming from front offside , in time with the wheel rotation . front wheel bearing? ? dunno what else could cause it ?

could well be mate. if you didn't know already, you can check easily enough by jacking up that corner of the car and rocking the wheel. put one hand at the top of the wheel and one at the bottom and try to rock the wheel. Then do it again but move your hands round 90 degrees. there shouldn't be any play.

nah not fitted em yet , im planning on dealin with this and the coilovers next week . defo nothing scrubbing .

check the wheel bearings then.

driveshaft joints usually make a knocking noise rather than a grinding noise but it's worth checking all the rubber boots are still intact.

Had a similar type noise, done bearing and suspension bushes and turned out to be mishaped tyre. :doh:
