Grinding on full lock!

I hit a rather large pot hole the other day and since there has been a grinding type noise when on full lock (both ways) and acceleration. It sounds like abs/traction control type grind - but no warning lights and nothing visable to the eye. Any one had this problem too? It wasn't doing this before I hit the pot hole. Thanks

I did search mate, but its not a clunking noise as described but more of a grinding sort of sound. Going to get it checked this weekend anyway!

abs traction control grinding noise

if you suspect the abs/traction control try pulling the fuse to disable it and see if the noise is still there. This will at least help you to narrow it down

*I don't mean pull the fuse permanently and act like it's fixed, before people go jumping the gun.

i get this with my ibiza(as with other post)
think it might have something with EDL locking the wheel due to it thinking it losin traction

i've had the car on axle stands check all cv boot all fine. all the bushes like fine to.

btw is traction control always meant to make noise when it kick in?

(ie last couple of weeks with snow and all..?)
