Grinding for Coupra

My new Cupra just arrived, was wondering for how long u've been instructed by the dealer to keep it in a grinding regime?

The handbook says for the first 1,000Km don't exceed 75% of the top speed. Oh, well that's alright then

Hmmm, so if i change shifts at 6k but never exced 180km/h in the first 1000km, all should be k?
