Hi just ordered green panal filter now for my pd 160 tdi wondered if it made much of a big difference and is the any think esle I should change On the airbox or pipes thanks

A pare of side cutters to cut the little fins off and either a dremel of just sone sand paper/wet and dry and sone elbow grease to smooth the little bits left down.

Try having a search for 'smoothed airbox' as I'm sure someone has done a guide for it.

Did the pd160 intake and green filter ages ago but today I derestricted the air box and smoothed the lid.

Wow Nath thats smooth, Wet & Dry method?

No, I used a dremil cutter thingy and cut the baffle things out then fitted a wire brush thingy and buzzed away till it looked smoth.

The plastic is very thick on the air box lid so you can buzz away for ages before it goes through.
