Im thinking to get either K&N panel filter or installing open cone from BMC if the one i have fits to my Cupra 1.8-20VT?
What do you think?
I know that open cone sucks the hot air under the hood...and stock airbox is "CAI" coz it has tube that sucks air outside of the hood.

the K&N is very oily and not MAF friendly BTW...

but phil, the green panel should make the car a "bit" more responsive,

So, K%N kills MAF...?
I didnt have any problems on my V40 T4 MAF...i did clean my MAF now and then though.

GreenFilter is better for VAG cars or which one do you think its the best?

That's the thing with a remap, you'll never get the same performance increase from anything other than a new engine.

no extra induction noise when i fitted my panel filter,

apparently you can drill the air box on the right hand side and it will give you a bit of noise!

I bet you spend more on mods trying to make yours into a 1.8T than you save on fuel!
