Is it just mine.... or is the noise of air being sucked and then dumped/reciruculated much much louder with just the Green filter?

Even on part-throttle i can hear it being sucked in, and the noise i get when i back off is very pronounced.

Car feels 'different' since fitting it... better throttle response mid and high range but feels like it takes a bit of picking up lower down??

Saying that, im never particularly great at noticing small differences in my cars... but just wondering whether the noise is normal or if maybe i have an air leak?

when i fitted my green filter to a standard car i noticed a real difference, more than any car ive ever put a filter on.
Obviously now im used to it so i dont know any different

But i do get alot more noise out of it, can hear it sucking in air alot more than when it was a standard filter.

As said just make sure your airbox lid is on properly but unless your spluttering etc etc i wouldnt worry to much. couple it with a 007p and i seem to get a loudish dump noise which i didnt get for the first few weeks of having them on together.

I`ve noticed my car is louder now with the colder air - lots more sucking and dumping noises:funk: - good stuff.
