Hey guys and girls. Just thought I'd give you all a quick update, my Civic sold last Saturday and yesterday I bought my Ibiza Cupra!!!! Yay, she needs a cambelt and service totalling 533 english sterling ( local seat dealer ) but thankfully I've done alot of overtime at work and can afford it. Just wanted to say thanks to James ( Jam in cup ) for an awesome car, i promise mate I'll take good care of her and I hope to see some of you soon.

Welcome, thats a high price for service and cambelt, i'd search around local Seat places for prices. And also confirm if it includes the water pump with metal impellors, or it'll cost you more in the future!

Hey guys, i've taken pics today so i'll post them up asap.
I don't know any performance figures yet, i'll rolling road her after i've sorted everything else out. I'm taking her to BigBoysToys in Thurrock they're a VAG specialist and they're gonna do a full service for 150notes, result!!! She's going to the family mechanic for a new cambelt, waterpump, tensioners and brake fluid change Wednesday morning for 260 notes so i'm saving some money and then i can drive her care free.
Here's the spec list:

Pipercross induction kit
Revo stage 1
Supersprint cat back exhaust
Koni damper adjustment suspension ( lowered about 40mm )
17inch Bk alloys

Its a lovely car, i wish I'd bought one sooner!!!

Just something to think about in the future but i've heard Pipercross filters maybe arnt the best choice for the Ibiza's air flow meter (MAF). Our MAF's seem to be really sensitive/delicate.

ok cool, thanks mate, i bought it on recommendation yesterday but i'll keep an eye on it. if the engine light comes on she'll be going straight back lol
