I previously owned a toledo 1M 1.6 16v, but after some time I fell for 1P. after searches that took some months, I found what I was looking for... my actual car, Leon 1P 2.0 TDI Sport Up. it felt much more stable than the old toledo due to the stock 17" wheels and the sport suspension. also, another plus was the extra power with increased mileage :p. but soon I wanted more so I had ecu tuning. the soft was pretty aggressive, and the dyno results were 179 HP / 393 Nm. I also made some exhaust modifications by removing the silencer and replacing it with straight pipe (just for the sound).
then again, after some time, I wanted more power, so I got to the next stage. I replaced the turbo with the BMN one. I chose it because the manifold was bolt on, plus I didn't want extra lag in low RPM. together with this I had to rebuild the pipes to intercooler and from intake (I was pressed by time and I wasn't able to find pieces from Leon FR to use). also, to avoid high EGT I had to build a custom exhaust, no cat. also I did not want it too loud so I had a custom silencer built (which does its job really nice, under 2500 rpm it is not noisy at all).
so current dyno figures are around 210 HP / 430 Nm. there was place for some more power but with increasing smoke, so for the moment I am happy with this setup.

to sum it up:

exterior mods:
- cupra front bumper
- cupra rear bumper
- custom grill
- lester roof spoiler
- debadge

interior mod:
- FR shift knob

performance mods:
- 1749VC turbo (BMN)
- custom intercooler pipe
- custom intake pipe
- EGR delete
- turboback custom exhaust, no cat (2.5")
- Longlife custom silencer
- Longlife exhaust tip

when my post count will exceed 15, I will post pictures :D

unfortunately, yes. this is the main reason I never tried a 0-60 with the newest upgrades on the car, even though I already have some good miles since the performance mods. I only accel harder when at least in 3rd gear, and with no "racing fast shifts", lol.

future plans (i hope near future) include : clutch and flywheel upgrade, brakes upgrade. for the clutch i am not decided on what to choose, but I read a lot of bad reviews about single mass flywheels. it seems they are very noisy, especially on the 6 spd gearbox. I would be happy to hear suggestions on this
