Glovebox removal. Denison Ice Link Plus fitting

Hi all,

I have just benn bought a Denison icelink plus and would like to fit it myself as the dealer wants £75 to fit!

Before I do, has anyone here removed their glovebox? WOuld they mind posting some directions. Bit wet today to be scrabbling round randomly

I fitted a dension lead to my Mk2 Leon today. I was going to remove the glovebox but managed to install it without the hassle of taking the glovebox out. Don't know if it is the same on a Toledo, but there was small panel in the top of the glovebox that is scored around for easy removal - a bit like a cable entry point on the back box of an electrical socket. If you remove this, you can fish the Dension cable through to the rear of the head unit without too much trouble.

Mine was the same too. got it fitted this afternoon. Was a doddle.

Hardest bit was feeding the wire through. Ended up using a 2.5mm cable core

Just need to work out how to use it
