A new company has just opened in sheffield called statler and they deal with giac remaps. Just wondering if anyone has used this company or giac software. Or should i just go over to JBS

Go over to JBS in Chesterfield :)

The Custom-Code remaps are the smoothes around and offer very good drivability and power increases.

All the C-C maps are developed at CC HQ which is a UK based company where as maps from other countries can have different ECU codes or software coding - if they don't have such codes listed a new map will have to be made over seas which could take some time - or god forbid other tuners may use maps from different software coding and hope it will work.

As mentioned C-C is a UK based and all phase 1 maps have been tried and test, if you want to go for something a little more custom we can look at doping the Phase 2 map to offer even better gains and driveability :)

Mike

a very shameless and biased plug there
wonder if all the remaps on VAG groups were totted up where CC would come, not top im sure

GIAC seem good from their literature but not seen anyone with one on a leon

Speak to Fidge on here - He has a GIAC remap on a semi-standard LC.

Last I heard it got 209bhp approx, and that was just after the remap about 1.5yrs ago.

Regal Autosport in Southampton deal with GIAC too.

S3 Maf

If you have a Leon Cupra 180 dont put the s3 maf on it, yo only need this if you go for a bigger turbo such as K04 or GT2X eliminator, You are also better off with a 2.5" Downpipe, the K03s seems to get better results with this.

Hi ozzie01

We can offer you a phase 2 for £550+VAT but at the moment we are offering a 10% discount if you book it in with us before the end of the month,we can also offer you a before and after rolling road run for free.

The performance figures for that vehicle are a min of 210bhp up to a max of 240bhp with the right parts.

If there is anything else you need to know feel free to ask.

Hi again

We will be able to get hold of a 4bar fpr.

The price for the phase 2 including a before and after rolling road run would be £581.62 inclusive of VAT
