Ghost Electric Windows!!!!!

Please can someone help me!!!!!!!

I woke up this morning to find all my windows down on my Cupra!!!!

Thankfully no one stole it or anything from it... or p*ssed in it etc etc...

However it was raining heavily and now the interior is soaked.. I knew hairdryers were good for something!!!!!

I've no idea why this has happened and my local SEAT garage were no help as usual..

Does anybody know why this could of happened and how i can stop it occuring in the future....

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but the remote stopped working last week but now works again??

I've not touched the button acidentally as i was out all night and i've not fitted any aftermarket security either so i'm at a lose!!!

Please can someone help??????!!!!!

ive seen some posts in the past about this happening to a cple of people.. i dont know wat the outcome of it all was.. perhaps you can hav a search.

You may want to have it vag.com to see if module is knackered, happened to a few ppl, a search would give abit more info

sounds a bit like what happened with my old mk3....

mk3 ibiza...locked it and all thw windows went down on there own, couldn't get them up etc...

turned out to be water ingression in the driver door......check the mk3 ibiza section and search for freaky electrics or something...ul find some info!

Thanks everyone for your replies. i'm gonna check for water in the drivers door now. if not i'll be taking the bitch to the garage as it's happening more and more now even when it's not raining!!
