Removed the door card but I am after at getting to the inner door! Removed all the brass screws that are around the aluminium sheet but it won't budge. Any suggestions?

Seems to be not budging from where the door handle wire is, as shown in the last picture

Not too far away
I think there is some kind of sealant used to use it in...

Be careful as I'm sure its v easy to smash the window glass!

You have to undo the big plastic plugs like the one shown in your second picture and undo bits behind there too IIRC..

you have to disconnect the 25torx from the handle from the side of the door under the plastic round cap. undo whilst holding the handle open then when lose pull the lock carrier out of the door from outside and then slide the handle toward the back of the car and disconnect the cable with black clip with a little screw driver and thats the handle removed the you need to unflapp the two rubber peep holes in the metal pannel behind the door card and get the electric windows at a certain hight so you can see the bolts connecting the window! (think its wind window right to the bottom) then udo the large multi splined screws in the door carch THEN undo all the 10mm bolts round the inner pannel losen the pannel round all the edges (sticky water-proof foam) with a flathead screwdriver and slide metal pannel up and out.

you must be extra careful putting inner pannel back in as the window runners stick out and are very liable to scratch the inside of the door!

hope this helps mate
