Gear Knobs

i've done a search on this but theres no definitive answer out there.

what are the different fitments for gearknobs on the ibiza and leon?

is the mk3 ibiza screw fitment or clip fitment?

theres a 2nd hand 2006 leon 6-speed knob going but i dont know if this is clip-on or screw on and have no idea whether it will fit the mk3 ibiza or not.....

please help!!!

Yehh agree ... the 6 speed will still fit on I think though

And you could tell people you have a 6 speed car when you have a passenger sitting next to you - but you just prefer to dive in 5th

lol yeh i know my car doesnt have 6 gears but it would bother me and yeh the "i just prefer 5th" might work

the question really was is the ibiza screw on or clip on? and will an Altea / 2006 Leon knob fit?

its a clip that you have to sort of break to get it off, the seat sport one will fit, although i've seen people buy the altea one and it didnt fit if im right

the Sports TDI mk4's do, maybe its just mk3 and older that don't.
