My car is going into my local friendly mechanic at the weekend.
This is the first time it will have gone in since i got it last month. What should i get checked out? i.e. all boost pipes for leaks etc.

It is having other bits done anyway that need fixing in general (exhaust rattle, front knocking)

Can anyone tell me how to tell the differance between a K03 and KO3s tubro by apperiance?

Regards

Richard

Just a good general check over of the car should see you right. The K03s IIRC has a silencer on the outlet of the cold side of the turbo.

Some do, some don't so not always an acid test. Part number or blade count is usually the best bet.

For k03 vs K03s - search

Other than that, I'd just get the oil changed (if not service it) and run it on VAG COM and check for any fault codes
