Fusebox - Constant and contact +

Hello!

I have a Nokia carkit and some other bits laying around and want to install them in my Cordoba.

I'm used to the Mk2 Golf, how does the fusebox of the Mk3 Cordoba/Ibiza work?

The mk2 Golf has (on the back side) constant + and switched + (each on one side of the fuse box). And a - block with 10 pins is mounted on the firewall.

Does the Mk3 Cordoba/Ibiza also has a setup similar to the Mk2 Golf?

Thanks for your help!
Ruben

Ah, I could do that, with the red and yellow wire.

But I also need to hook up a hatch popper (instead of the normal system) which needs a bit more power and I don't want to do that ghetto style ;)

Thanks for your reply!

you'll want a door/hatch popper running full time ? battery direct ?

personally when adding stuff like that i would add an auxillary fuse/relay board - simpler and safer

Yes, that is correct. I already have a fuse in-line. However, I still need a + connection.

I'd like to hook it up through the + of the main fusebox and not from the battery (hate the extra wires in the bay).

That's why I asked.
