Hope this is the right place, I needed this recently and it took longer to find than I expected.
It's for the MK7 Golf but looks the same as my MY2016 FR ST.

Oh, PS, for the right hand drive (UK) version, the inside fuses are behind the glove compartment, just ease it past open like it is going to break (it doesn't)
