Howdy folks, long time since I've been on here :) Been driving the Ibiza daily again and have come across a problem.

My offside headlight main beam doesnt work (side/dipped are fine) it's definately not the bulb, so I'm assuming fuse. Only problem is I lost the card with all the numbers on a while ago

I've read it's no. 21 but obviously have no idea where this is. None of the fuses look especially blown or burnt so I'm a bit stumped.

Would anybody be kind enough to scan or take a decent res photo of theirs? or is their one kicking about anywhere on the site?

Much appreciated :)
Tom

would help but my car is a different engine and model to yours so not the same the fuses. The number is on the plastic where the fuse is not that easy to see esp the ones right near the door hinges but look for 21 and try changing/looking to see if it's blown that one.

Thanks for pointing the numbers out, never even saw them! Don't think doing it by the roadside in crap light helps.

Have just swapped fuse 21 with another 10A one and the lights work perfectly, thanks alot!! I was just about to rip into it and nick the feed from the other side to get it through the MOT

Cheers :D

Ah wicked, thanks alot :D Will save and print it for future troubles like this. Much appreciated!!!

I actually have one Fuse Card in either end of the dash board, only discovered I did when I went to fit my chrome vent rings. Hence why I could take a picture of both sides at once.
The panel at the other end pops off in exactly the same way as the RHS.

I put the Tripod on the back seat (I'm sure I took a photo of the set up, I'll look it out)
It would be too hard to Photoshop, first you would have to find a decent "Out the windscreen" night shot, then get them stitched together in a convincing manner easier to fling the gear in the car and find a flat-ish piece of road for a 15 second exposure, had the camera on a wired remote and a 10 second timer. I have been dying to get this kind of shot for months, I will try it again when I get my hands on a wider angle lens...

Should have a look at the rest of my stuff here:-

i thought it would be difficult to photoshop, but then I know how hard it is to get camera to stay still for long exposures, and with your face being completely still and there not being any sort of vibration with the dash etc i wasnt sure. you'd expect the interior to be less focused. looks cool.

some nice photos on your flikr, obv didnt look at them all! i love lone exposure light trails.

It was a course I done just to learn the basics of taking a photo manually with an SLR, but when I realised there are pretty much NO photography jobs in comparison with the number of people studying it I decided to study I.T. instead. Now the photography is just a hobby, I find I'm much more creative in the dark - I have more control over what I'm doing with the light, I can paint the picture the way I want to with minimal Photoshop tweaking.
I do get some strange looks when I'm lying on the floor just to get the angel I want... a few questions from the Police too for taking photos of buildings in Glasgow that also happen to be in the "red light" district, they seemed a bit jumpy that I was there at 1 in the morning with a camera on a tripod for "no good" reason as they saw it.
I'd love to come down to Brighton for a wee Photography "jaunt" but it would be a 928 Mile round trip for me, however I might give it a bash because I have lots of time off to take before March so depending on finances I might just do it!!!

As far as the sig picture is concerned I'm not happy with it, my lens doesn't go wide enough to capture more of the interior plus I will try it again with some hidden lighting in there too so the rest of the inside can be seen a bit better. I done this before with my Clio and it was slightly easier because it had a sunroof which let more light into the interior. It will be done again once I get my hands on a wider angle lens - thing is a good one will cost about £350!
Plus I forgot to remove my phone holder from the windscreen as it just doesn't work in the image...

I am going to put together a "Readers Ride" album of my car I just haven't found the ideal locations to shoot at night with, besides it ruddy freezing at the moment and some of my night shots involve exposures of several minutes just to capture the detail the way I see it.

Look forward to your readers ride then! You are a perfectionist then like most photographers, I only did AS photography because I was doing a double award art course I was not that good at it but I still try but think I am better at drawing! If you got any snow up there get some pics we have never had snow like this down South it rarely lays.

Is there a fuse for the airbag? If so what is the symbol for it? I have a warning light on and just want to check for the obvious first.

Hi, I am new to the forum pleasure to meet you all. Right i have a problem so lets get down to it. I was playing my music really loud on an aftermarket alpine head unit in my ibiza cupra 05 until the sound started goin funny and then i heard a click from near the fusebox area and everything turned off. Head unit will not switch on now and dont know which fuse is for the radio, i am completely puzzled :wtf:

So please can someone help me out???

Thanks
