Full Link and SatNav stopped working mk4

Hi guys after my car went in yesterday to have the EV coolant topped up they also did a recall job to do with the 12v system. After getting the car back the SatNav has stopped working and says it can be activated by the dealership and when I try to use Android auto it says full link is not available. Anyone else had this and know if I'm going to have to go back to the dealership to get it sorted. Thanks.

Try holding down your radio power button for 15 seconds to reset it, if that doesn't work then send it back
