Fuel guage

Hi all I'm having a bit of a issue with my fuel guage readings. Ibiza 6l 1.8t

My guage moves backwards (Full on empty) and only moves very slightly when filling up.

It's recently had a new fuel pump (last one had the backward issue but moved the full range).

Any help would be very much appreciated.
