fuel filler cap

hey, my fuel filler cap wont shut?

tried pushing the button in the car and doesnt release anything that seem to be stuck

looks kinda rubbish not fully shut or locked

anyone any ideas?

Have you tried making sure your car is unlocked.
There is often a lock on the petrol cap too when car is unlocked
Not too sure about Leon but def in A4 2.5 TDI Quattro

ill investigate further a.m boys but i dont think theres a noise?

maybe the solenoid connector come loose, its in the boot aint it near the rear lights?

give that a wiggle see what happens.

revert off thread but to save doing another

im after a downpipe and sports cat, i dont want to change any other sections, i.e centre or back box in the near future?

will i see the benifits of a downpipe larger bore without doing this and also will it fit properly?

regarding the dp/cat the performance you see from then will be hampered by the standard mid and rear section. Why don't you want to get the rest of the exhaust? and what are you other plans for the engine?

costs a fortune mate, dont wanna shell out 650-700 in one go.

i have p-torque remap, and a open cone induction kit pushing to 215bhp.

or just think boll£"s to it and get the whole thing?

whats the best for value you can get, id like to keep the original tailpipes, i.e the twins.

aye get the wallet out!! the miltek is a good one altho a tad expensive, i think Blue Flame are doing a good deal? have a search on here, sure there was a group buy but it was a while back.
