front subframe question.

leaving the front subframe/ crossmember thing in to get it powder coated. want to clean any brackets not in use of it before i leave it in. the 2 brackets pointing backwards im fairly certain are for the intercooler, theres one into the passenger side wheel arch and a small bolt too. dont want to remove anything i need later on. its been that long since i took it apart i cant remember! lol

surely if you don't remember unbolting something from it you don't need it?

don't forget they're universal for everything from a 1.6 up. But you do have power steering lines to worry about ( they always look corroded to me)

any bolts left over - bin em
