Front Disc Brakes keep Warping!!!

For some reason my front discs keep warping. I bought the car around Easter time and got the discs and pads changed a couple of months later as they were warped. Then a month after they were changed they started to become warped again. So under warranty the discs and pads were changed again. But now just 3 weeks later they have started to warp again.

I let the brakes bed in both times after they were newly changed and dont do the obvious things like sitting with my foot on the brakes or heavy breaking all the time.

I have had the wheels off and and the calipers dont seem to be sticking.

I really dont know what could be causing the discs to keep warping.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as im truly stuck!!!

Cheers

John

The discs are normal metal coloured. And to bed the discs in i have been doing gradual breaking. No harsh breaking at all. Not using the break pads to hard just gradually slowing the car down.
I forget to say its a Seat Leon 1.6 S 2001 plate. I dont know if that will help but thought i would mention it.

Id put it down to a high performance car and poor quality parts used. Bremos arent standard brakes, you should replace them with OEM brembo parts, expensive yes but better in the long run.

BUt my car isn't exactly what i would call high performance. its only a 1.6. the thing is i dont want to waste money on expensive discs if they are just gona warp again because of some other problem

Oh right ive got the wrong end of the stick here ha, i thought you had a cupra R. Even so, i put it down to poorly made parts. Just pne question are they both warping or just 1 disc? Are the pads wearing even?

ye i think they are wearing evenly as im not getting a pull to one side under breaking. and i had my mot a couple of days ago and there was no uneven break balance during the break test

That rules out the possibilty of a nakerd flexi or sticking piston, so then its got to be down to poor parts, as said get a known brand (ATE, Brembo, Mintex or OEM).
