Altho i would love the cupra R front to go with the Cupra R rear bumper and side skirts im getting i fancied a change from the norm for the front bumper.

IMO this is the best looking non cupra/cupra R bumper avaliable.
I cant seem to find anyone else that has this bumper or any previous experience with the company.

Ideas and suggestions below please....

looks good mate, just BE SURE that the quality is good or the first big speed bump you catch will split it.

I bought a LCR copy front bumper and srewed the R splitter into it. Stood back and admired (and it looked the bo**ocks) and then proceeded to drive up my mates house and the first speed bump i went over i smashed it to bits. Threw it in the bin and bought a genuine one

Currently got a NeoDesign rear bumper and the quality(loads of flex but still strong) and fit with that is spot on. Even the bodyshop i went to said that most kits are a nightmare but that one was easy.

I was the same as you, looking for something a little different from the norm but im happy with the LCR front and a little different at the rear. Just gutted that i cant get a twin exit exhaust to come out of the standard holes in the bumper (there is a matching gap perfect for it where the tow ring is) without cutting the spare wheel well away. Still contemplating doing it though (got a burner to cut it), but when it comes to selling the car it wont have a spare and that will surely put people off it :(

I know that it is fibreglass but according to the guy when i phoned him today in germany its a direct fit and supposed to be a good fit.

i guess i will just have to drive extra slowly over humps and bumps etc!

Are you sure you want to risk that amount of money on a fibre glass one??
Where are the intercoolers on the TDI??
If its the same place as the LCR and Cupra ie SMIC then that design wont allow airflow to them

If the SMIC is in the same place as the LCR ie behind the fog light you won't get the irflow you need
You need to find out if the duct next to the fog light is ducted for the SMIC, if not I'd stay well clear
If it isnt then cutting FG is a major PITA

the grills beside where the "s" would go looks as though there's quite a gap between the bonnet and grills

Just dont get the eyebrows too..........they dont just look shite, they look like the hard white dog shite you occasionally see. yuk

i wouldnt bother with it
but if you do, exactly what was said above, the eye brows on the lights and grills look terrible

Sorry, but it looks like a bad photoshop job, the centre top grill doesn't match the honeycombed rest, there's a big "block" on the right hand side honecombe section (right hand side as you look at it that is) - and what's with the dents all over that bonnet....

I'd like to see the finished job though as I'm sure that it'd look better in the flesh that in that photo.....

Wouldn't be what i would buy but hey, if you like it go for it! It might look better all black with maybe the red pin stripe round the grill(black bit on that pic)!?

the eyebrows are a huge NO NO lol

i would have the top bits beside the grille cut off so its like the normal grilles around the "S" badge (like in my sig but using LC honeycomb grille)

im liking the red pinstipe idea BCM

i was going to do the centre section in a platinum colour (dark grey/silver)

so far i think people dont detest this look of front bumper just mainly wouldnt have it themselves due to the hassel of fibre glass.
