I current have a grill without the S badge on the front of my car, this is how i bought it, with the other grill with the S badge provided as a spare, i would like to swap them back but have no idea on how to get the grill out?

Any guide or pictures would be great

pop the bonnet up. open the bonnet.
there will be a black plastic cover sheild type thing with 4 pieces that press in and unclip and that pulls off.
Then you will be able to see the top og the grille, badge.

its as easy as pulling on the grille to get it out its just "popped" in or "clipped in" a bit of force will get it out and the new one just pushes and clips back in.

Meeeep Meeeeep !!!!!
You probablt done this by now but just in case. If you look at the top of the center grill you will see a phillips type screw. Undo it as it holds the center grill in place. Then carefully use a flatblade screwdriver underneith the lower section of the grill and it will pop out. Just push the other grill in and refit the screw and cover.

little bit of a tangent.... I was wondering if a genuine seat s badge honeycomb one would simply fit straight into the slot where the normal one is that has slits on it... Cheers guys!
