Front ARB size Seat Leon Cupra?

Hi I need to replace front ARB mounts (D Bushes) on my 2002 (02) Leon Cupra 1.8T 1M (AUQ). Planning to fit powerflex replacements and struggling on which size (19, 21 23 mm). I've been advised (Awesome GTI) that the only sure fire way to correctly purchase the right size is to physically measure the bar. Unfortunately I don't have calipers and am holding out hope that someone can advise correct size for my car. I'm tempted to just order the 23mm as that seems most likely, but hoping that someone might know?

hi I just measured mine with digital caliper it was a fraction over 23mm that's in a 52 plate cupra with auq engine

Thank you very much, greatly appreciated . That confirms what I suspected, that it's the 23mm. I'm going to take the chance and order, will post results.

Wrap a strip of paper around and cut through it at the same point or where the overlap occurs. The strip you now have will be the measurement of the circumference.

Divide that by pi (3.14) and you now have the diameter of the pipe.

Spot on with the size, finally fitted having taken punt on 23mm. No more knocking and tightened up steering . 117k mile 15 year old originals we're well and truly shot!
