fresh ecu 4 fault codes

right ive just fitted my fresh ecu wich i got secondhand from a member on here wich had a big turbo map on it but this did not matter to me as i would have it cloned to to samr spec as mine wich was a jabba map,any way i plug it in it starts fine a idles fine BUT
it drives very fearce and one your at 30 40 mph it jurders and nearly cut out,dont have a EML but the TCS light comes on this are my fault codes




18010 P1602 Power Supply (B+) Terminal 30 Low Voltage

17840 P1432 Sec.Air Inj.Valve Open

16487 P0103 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circ High Input

17743 P1335 Engine Torque Monitoring 2 Control Limint Exceeded

now would this be down to elements of the big turbo map still on the ecu or not,i was mabbie thinking the maf could be dead

any idears

i cant log it as i dont have a full vag com

Sounds like MAF. Have you tried to erase the fault codes and see what happens?

Could be maf but my bet is the map if the ecu is mapped for big turbo your fueling timing etc will be off as it will be expecting well more air from a bigger turbo so a fresh map could sort it.

Kind of the opisite way around to fitting a big turbo and not having a re-map it will be running lean.

not as yet ordring one tomorrow

speaking to mike at jabba who cloned the ecu for me ,basicly he wiped the ecu then took all the imfo from my one and put it on to this one so i now dont think its got anything to do with the map at all as its been returned to standard

my money if defo with the maf now i think

if you can't get hold of a maf let me know as i've got a spare you can use to rule it out or to save you buying one in the first place and it not being it

So is the map on it still the BT map or is it your k03(s) map?

no phil mike at jabbasport returned it to standard so there is no map on it at all now just i standard ecu



i will be maping it tho at some point soon

Ah right i thought it still had the bt map on it...

try giving it a run with the maf unpluged see if it makes a difference.

Also i wouldnt be driving it to hard high up the rev range if your on a k03s with a standard map as it will run lean.
