FR Warranty Issues

As like most of you I dropped my FR off with the local dealer in the hope of getting a few things fixed.

Infact thanks to most of you guys I explained exactly what the problems were, Wet windows, glove box rattle and AUX port faulty. 3 days later I find out that they have only managed to fix the glove box rattle.[:@]

So 3 days later they have managed to carry out less than 3 hours work according to the engineer. This apparently is due to waiting for parts to be delivered. [:@][:@]

Now I'm no service guy but surely when someone rings up and tells you they have 3 issues, would it not be a good idea to order the parts ready for when the car comes in? 3 weeks prior I booked the car in.

I know a lot of you guys have been back and forth several times so maybe I am being a little impatient but I just want my FR back :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

By the way 1.2 :censored:corsa SXi is no substitute for an FR

but if someone phoned to with the wet windows and you had already fixed a few of them you might think we'll get some in ready just in case. Chances are I won't be the last person to go back with that problem.

If I had been given and FR or Cupra they could have kept it as long as they wanted.

I had to buy a shoe horn to get in and out of the corsa.

Hi

I have had this conversation with Seat Customer Services several times & basically they can only order parts when THEY have investigated the fault themself's. The owner knows nothing. :cry:

I had faults diagnosed, 2 weeks later the car booked in for and guess what!"! no parts ordered in those 2weeks, took them 5weeks for a tweeter in all!!! Its a disgrace and a poor system for the customer
!!

and another thing...

I had a call yesterday to say it would be ready today...... Why bother telling me it would be ready today when the parts had not been delivered. Arrgggghhhh

And that is if you are lucky enough that they believe what you are telling them, I had a gutful of that can't replicate what i have said is going wrong, being said to me, crap aftersales, worst i have ever experienced.
